How AxiomLab handles your information.
This page covers what this website collects, who handles it, and how long it is kept. It is written from how the site actually works. Where a fact is not settled yet, the page says so.

Who runs this site
AxiomLab runs this website. For any question about this page or about information you have given us, write to hello@axiomlab.systems.
What this website collects
- Browsing. The page sets no cookies, runs no analytics, shows no ads and loads no tracking scripts. It loads only its own files. The page is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles each request and may keep standard server logs (such as your network address, browser type and the pages requested) under its own privacy policy.
- The assessment form. If you submit it, we receive what you type: your name, work email, business name, what you would like to improve, and your tick confirming we may use these details to respond to your request. The form also holds a hidden field that people never see, used to catch automated spam. Submissions are handled by Formspree, which delivers them to AxiomLab. Nothing is sent until you press Confirm and submit.
- The guided walkthrough and the scripted answers. These run in your browser and send nothing.
- Callbacks. Not offered. This site does not place or schedule calls. If you choose to leave a phone number so a person can follow up, see “AxiomLab’s inquiry records”.
- Talk to Axiom (text chat). The messages you type, together with up to the last eight turns of the conversation, are sent to AxiomLab’s service, which passes them to an AI model run by xAI (Grok) to write each reply. Replies are AI-generated: you are talking to an AI, not a person. AxiomLab’s service asks xAI not to store the request and does not save the text of your messages or the replies in its database. Reloading the page clears the conversation. To limit repeated requests, the service counts requests per network address while it runs. xAI handles the messages under its own terms (see “Who else handles it”). If you choose Have a person follow up and tick the consent box, the conversation is handled as described under “AxiomLab’s inquiry records”.
- Talk to Axiom (voice). Your browser asks to use the microphone only after you press Start voice conversation. Your voice is sent from your browser to xAI (Grok), which may turn your speech into text, so the words can appear in the panel, and speaks the replies. AxiomLab’s service only issues a short-lived access code for the session: it does not receive or record the audio. You are talking to an AI, not a person. The words of the conversation appear in the panel and are cleared when you reload the page; AxiomLab does not save the audio or the words. If you choose Have a person follow up and tick the consent box, the conversation is handled as described under “AxiomLab’s inquiry records”. The microphone stops when you press End, close the panel, or the session reaches its time limit of five minutes. Please do not read out passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details.
- AxiomLab’s inquiry records. A submitted assessment request, callback request or follow-up request may also be saved in AxiomLab’s private inquiry records, which only AxiomLab’s owner can sign in to read, through a private dashboard that is not on the public internet. A record holds the details you typed, the wording you agreed to and the time you agreed, and a scrambled, non-reversible code made from your network address, which is used to limit abuse. If you choose Have a person follow up in the chat or voice panel, you give your name, an email address or a phone number, optionally your business and what you need, and tick the consent box. If there is a conversation, it is then sent to AxiomLab’s service, which asks xAI to write a short summary of it; if there is none, no summary is made. The summary is written automatically by an AI model and may be wrong. The record holds your details, what you said you need, the short summary if one was made (if a summary cannot be made, up to 2,000 characters of the words you said may be kept instead as your stated need), the wording you agreed to and the time you agreed. The text of the conversation itself is not saved. A person follows up; nothing is sent to you automatically, no appointment is booked and no call is placed. Chat and voice conversations do not create a record unless you ask for a follow-up this way.
Who else handles it
- Formspree processes assessment submissions. Formspree privacy policy. How long Formspree keeps submissions follows its own policy.
- xAI processes chat messages and voice audio to write and speak replies. xAI privacy policy. xAI’s published security documentation says that API requests and responses are stored on its servers, encrypted, for up to 30 days by default for auditing and then deleted, and that it does not train on API inputs or outputs without explicit permission. Its documentation does not separately state how long voice audio is kept. xAI offers an account setting that stops it keeping request content, and says voice conversations are not kept when that setting is on. AxiomLab has not confirmed that this setting is turned on for its account, so please assume xAI keeps requests and responses, including voice conversations, for that period. AxiomLab does not control xAI’s handling.
- AxiomLab’s inquiry system stores assessment, callback and follow-up requests. It is hosted on a server operated by Hostinger in Boston, United States.
- Cloudflare delivers this website. Cloudflare privacy policy.
How long it is kept
- Assessment requests. Nothing deletes these automatically. AxiomLab’s goal is to delete each assessment request by hand, including the notification emails it holds, within about 90 days of receiving it. This is a goal, not a promise, because a person has to do it. Formspree keeps its own copy under its own policy and plan, and AxiomLab does not control when that copy is removed.
- Chat messages and voice conversations are not kept by AxiomLab, apart from the short summary saved when you ask for a follow-up. xAI’s handling is described above.
- Inquiry records (assessment, callback and follow-up requests) are not deleted automatically today: AxiomLab has no automatic deletion policy for them yet, so a record is kept until AxiomLab deletes it. A record deleted by hand can remain in encrypted backups for up to about 12 months, and longer in copies kept on the owner’s computer and by the hosting provider. You can ask for yours to be deleted (see “Your choices”).
Please do not share sensitive details
Do not put passwords, payment card or bank details, government ID numbers or health information into the chat or the form. The chat refuses some of these automatically, but it cannot catch everything.
Your choices
You can use the site without sending us anything. If you submitted an assessment request and want to see, correct or delete what you sent, or withdraw your consent, write to hello@axiomlab.systems. You can also ask Formspree about the copy it holds, using its privacy policy linked above.
The same applies to a callback request, a follow-up request and the inquiry record. To stop AxiomLab contacting a number, write to hello@axiomlab.systems and we will add it to our do-not-contact list.
Changes
If how this site handles information changes, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
